Over the past few weeks I had taken a short break from blogging to remind myself why I started this little space on the internet. While I still posted on IG—runlifteatrepeatblog (follow me over there!) — I held off posting here because I wasn’t all there. But I’m back and refreshed!

Workout — OTF (670 cals active / 806 cals total)

Breakfast — bulletproof tea (brewed hot tea), 1-2 scoops collagen peptides, 1 scoop vanilla plant protein, coconut oil, honey, and unsweetened almond milk creamer. Blend together on high.) (~250 cals)

Over the past few weeks I had taken a short break from blogging to remind myself why I started this little space on the internet.

Lunch — this entire bowl of goodness. Ever since I made this the other day I’ve been obsessed: 2 fried eggs, 2 turkey sausage patties, sautéed zucchini/onions, steamed sweet potato all seasoned with TJ’s everything but the bagel seasoning and topped 100cal Wholly Guacamole pack (you can find these at pretty much any grocery store now.) (~530 cals)

Dinner — TACO TUESDAY! I pulled together a quick taco skillet: 93% lean ground turkey, peppers, onions, jalapeño, black beans, corn (all seasoned with homemade taco seasoning) over chopped sweet potato and topped with 100cal Wholly Guacamole pack. (~550 cals)

Dessert — legit chocolate chip cookies because I can. (~300 cals)
