Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Save the calories and enjoy a slice of pumpkin pie heaven in smoothie form!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 and ½ cups ice

Instructions
 

  • Using a powerful blender, add all of ingredients into the blender. Blend on high for 5 minutes or until mixture is smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  • If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, add more milk. If it's too thin for you liking, add more ice.
  • Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
