This is one of the best sweet potato casseroles that I've ever had!
01 Boil Sweet Potatoes
02 Make Sweet Potato Mash
03 Make pecan crumb topping
04 Assemble & bake!
Place the sweet potatoes in a large pot and cook until fork tender.
Using a potato masher, whisk or handheld mixer, beat the potatoes until relatively smooth— add additional ingredients.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F until the asparagus is fork tender, but still has a slight crisp to it.
Pour crumble over the potatoes. Bake for 20-22 minutes until the top is golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
