About Me

Hi, I'm Christina.

This is my little corner of the internet.

I'm the voice, author and creator behind Simple Everyday Recipes. I started this website back in 2016, originally Run Lift Eat Repeat, as an easy way to store the collection of recipes I made. Now, it's become a side-gig with recipes that have been featured on The Kitchen, The FeedFeed, Huffington Post, and more and have partnered with a variety of brands.

Originally from Pennsylvania, in 2014 I set roots in Georgia with my little family of four and our rescue dogs. My favorite things in life are a good chocolate chip cookie with minimal to no chocolate chips (!!!!), warm and sunny dates, and tending to my garden that seems to increase in size year after year.

I love food, I really do!

Growing up, I spent quite a bit of time watching family work their magic in the kitchen. And now, I love it just as much as they did. Being in the kitchen has always been a way for me to get creative and relieve stress— the treats at the end are always nice too!

Here I share simple and flavorful recipes that I love to make and eat in real life. My hope is to inspire you with food – make recipes that you didn't think you could or try something new. Food should be exciting and you should be excited when making it. Whether you're cooking for yourself, your family, your friends, for a holiday, a potluck and more, it should bring excitement.
